What we do
Stable dispersion, without modifying the molecule
At the core of BigBasin is colloid and dispersion stabilization. We bring poorly soluble actives into a stable dispersed state without altering them chemically, protecting them from oxidation and loss while improving bioavailability. Biodegradable polymers such as PLA are only one of the carriers we use; our real asset is material-agnostic interfacial and particle design. The ultimate goal of this technology is the injectable formulation of poorly soluble drugs, and the stabilized dispersion also helps reduce side effects.
