BigBasin is a materials company working with poorly soluble actives through colloid and dispersion stabilization. Without modifying the molecule, we stabilize actives and improve bioavailability, based in the Daedeok Innopolis R&D zone in Daejeon.
Vision
BigBasin manages the solubility behavior of substances through colloidalization and dispersion. Without changing the molecule, we cross the boundary between hydrophobic and hydrophilic, building a materials platform that reaches from injectable formulation of poorly soluble drugs to cosmetics and fragrance.

A basin is a vessel that holds and protects, and also a great hollow where water gathers.
Our colloids act as tiny basins. They hold poorly soluble actives without modifying the molecule, and carry them where they are needed.
